That whole page is just one long joke, created by a bunch of people on
rec.models.scale. They wanted to invent a service history of the B-49
(which
is why there's an AC-49 gunship, DB-49 drone launcher, etc). Ertl had
just
released a 1/72 YB-49 plastic model and they were imagining alternate
paint
schemes for it.
