investigation into worker claims of dangerous environmental practices
committed by the government at a secret base in Groom Lake, NV,
examined.  [Two disguised WORKERS - talk about their health problems
from the smoke from trenches at the base in which classified material
were burned.]  The death of base sheet metal worker Robert Frost
recalled; photos shown.  [Rutgers University professor Peter KAHN,
widow Helen FROST - talk about Frost's case.]  The government's
opposition to the workers' lawsuit which is deemed in violation of the
need for secrecy at Groom Lake noted.  [George Washington law center
