I received this cryptic message... From: [withheld]@onslowonline.net To: <webmaster@ufomind.com> Subject: better look north Date: Fri, 25 Jul 1997 15:59:38 -0700 If I were you and I wanted to find something I'd look north by northeast, and say hello to SAIC ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wrote back: "Huh?" or words to that effect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- His reply... From: [withheld]@onslowonline.net To: "Glenn Campbell, Las Vegas" <campbell@ufomind.com> Subject: Re: better look north Date: Fri, 25 Jul 1997 19:57:20 -0700 Sir Your going to excuse my reluctance to give precise answers. I'm rather new to the net and I really do not have the greatest confidence in it's security, however I'm sure if big brother was watching he'd probably be calling right now. I'm a Marine in a field that uses a LCU (lightweight computer unit) or UYK-97 to the Army. It's manufacturer SAIC is not a major producer of computer equipment in the private or even military sector. Almost every piece except the stickers are contracted out to be built by other defense companies (mainly LITTON). Before I go on I would just like to state that everything that I am writing here is of public record if someone wishes to almost drown in red tape. What makes this so significant is the following, but before we go on I would like to go on record by saying that all of this info is unclassified and it should be looked into further by people who won't have to worry about there employer getting severly pissed. This info needs to get out if believers in UFOs ever expect to get a big picture of what is actually going on. 1. SAIC is headed by a former head of the CIA I don't know which one. (We were looking for numbers not names, but this was discovered by accident not design. 2. The computer itself is a basic 486, nothing special, however this is what started the whole search. It's price (parts top brand) from the most exspensive civillian catalog $1297.34 (now I know what your thinking it was probably top of the line when it hit service, negative 486 was ancient technology 2 years before it hit service. 6 months before it hit service SAIC was awarded the government contract to pursue electro-magnetic propulsion. NO monetary figures were included in the contracts from what we found.) a LCU costs us 52,589.65 a unit. (are you starting to smell something fishy here. Thought so.) Finally the mysterious "better look north" it a phrase that is getting popular with all branches of service when we watch ID4. A friend of mine told me it sure is beautiful in Montana. You should go there some time.
