"A field... Springfield, USA... 1:30am, or so. An eerie, greenish,
glowing figure with a large, bulbous head, enormous dark eyes and a
contorted, spindly body, says, "Don't be afraid." Which is more than
enough to bring X-Files agents Dana Scully and Fox Mulder (voices of
Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny) to "the heartland of America" to
probe the incident. Unfortunately for them, the report comes from
Homer Simpson, who flirts with Scully as he recounts his encounter.
Lacking credible evidence, the agents lose interest. Homer, however,
knows the truth is out there, so he and Bart return to the scene
seeking proof, which they get=ADsort of. Leonard Nimoy narrates the
story."
