A friend of mine and I were driving down to the Ghost Town of Delamar in 1983. You get there by going through Tonopah, Rachel and those places before it was called the Extraterrestrial Highway. Anyhow it was about 4:30 in the after noon when this huge shadow flew over us at a remarkably slow speed.It was about in my estimation no more than 100 feet above.It was shaped like a Boomarang, no markings, painted olive Green (almost black) and very large. We were about 20 miles on the west side of Crystal Springs when this occurred. We proceeded to Crystal Springs to gas up the rig where after we changed our underwear we asked the gas station attendant about this. He laughed as he saw that we were scared sh**less. He told us that what we saw was the Stealth Prototype aircraft practicing. I said yeah Right! Scared the living Crap out of us.
