Um, actually anyone who cares to can buy surplus mainframe computers
from the government, usually for a couple hundred bucks.  WHY anyone
would want to buy an outdated, electricity guzzleing monster is beyond
me (looks cool in the living room?  Keeps the place toasty warm during
the winter?).

However, if you always wanted to grow up to be just like Bob, here is
