Subject: capacitors
I'm writing to you about the capacitors you speak of in your saucer
simulator article. I'm an electrical engineer that has seen
capacitors of that magnitude and power capacity. As you are fully
aware, capacitors store energy....but it is also used to control
energy. In electrical circuits we frequently use capacitors to
"filter" out noise. These capacitors are not the types of capacitors
than I would be familiar with, but I propose would have a similar
function. The function that I would hypothesize would be to filter
the "electro-gravitational" noise created by our planet. In essence,
the capacitors would be there to help control the artificial
"electro-gravitational" field by filtering out the earths
gravitational field.

With regards to documentation on large capacitors (20 Farads or
greater), it is hard to find. My research in this field was limited
to the use of large capacitors in rapid charging of electric vehicles.
What I can say for sure, is that large capacitors of this magnitude
are produced in Russia; thats what the stamp says on the capacitors
I've used. They are the foremost experts on capacitor technology.
What triggered my theory was the description of the capacitors in the
simulator, and my knowledge of electromagnetic physics. I'll look
through my documents to see if I can find a reference for you on large
capacitors.

My brother is an Air Traffic Controler at O'Hare airport in Chgo.
Several years ago he was in Fort Wayne, Ind. He informed me that he
tracked a ufo on his radar screen. Now I'm a believer on this subject
although I was somewhat disbelieving of this info. I asked him how he
knew it was a ufo and not a plane , heli-copter or whatever. His
reply..... There is nothing known to man that can move that fast and
perform the moves it did in that amount of time. My bro has no reason
to bs me and he has several awards for outstanding work in his field.
He has also had the pleasure of working for NASA on different projects

BOOMS & LIGHTS IN PHOENIX

Subject: Yet another mystery sonic boom

Last night, Thursday June 26th, at 9:40PM our house in north
Scottsdale was shaken (yet again) by a very strong sonic sonic boom.
Note that this is the second time we've had a boom at 9:40PM (I sent
you a note previously about another boom on Tuesday, June 17th, at
9:40PM .)
Seems like our friends in the government have been pretty busy in our
area lately. I wonder if they're simply flying more aircraft, need to
fly a particular flight path that takes them over our area, or what.
(Can't help speculating that there's a connection to the the "Phoenix
lights" belonged to them as well, since the lights disappeared near
Tucson, which is right by Davis-Monthan AFB. Maybe these guys have a
wing-shaped blimp?)
An amusing newscast on the Phoenix lights incident recently had a
"breakthough explaination" of them that I think you'll appreciate. The
showed footage of a stationary string of lights -- which were flares
dropped over the bombing range south of Phoenix -- with the
newscasters claiming, "there we have it, now we know what they were."
What was amusing was that during the unscripted chit-chat (the
close-captioning of the newscast shows the script, so you can tell
when they're reading or not) was that one newsie points out that the
Phoenix lights moved from Prescott to Tucson, and the flares didn't
move and burned out in 5 minutes. Newsie #2 points out that they had
exclusive footage of the flares due to a mysterious caller who told
them where and when to look for them. (Hmmmm. Who would know where and
when the Air Force would drop flares over their test range???)

On the Fourth of July (how appropriate!), the Channel Ten network in
Australia will broadcast a world premiere (their words, not mine)
television program devoted to Roswell's 50th anniversary of the alleged UFO
crash. Channel Ten is the unofficial UFO network in the Land Down Under.
They have the stories on the nightly news about ufo sightings, Area 51,
etc., the other two commercial networks just don't carry.
Whether this program truly is a world premiere, or just a rebadged US
program with added Aussie content, remains to be seen.
Question for this list (not related to the above): Any thought Area 51 may
be part of the Tesla-style scalar weapons testing allegedly occurring in
Australia? For the uninitiated, this is what as known as HAARP apparently
taking place in Alaska.
