You may not agree with his _interpretations_ but if you subtract them out and look at the underlying data he reports, he often comes up with some useful stuff. I disagree with his interpretations, but I think he saw what he claims he did. Reading Boylan is like listening to Radio Moscow during the Cold War. If you subtract out the ideology (which every Moscovite learned to so), you might glean some nuggets of useful news. I pay attention to each new Boylan posting because it usually tips me off to new links and web pages I should add to my site.
