virtual server.It has been brought to our attention that potentially libelous
remarks have been added to your website at ufomind.com/new/current, regarding
the validity, ownership and integrity of our company.

Banzai-net.com is a commercial website hosting company. In reference to Tridot
Productions and Mr Robert Lazar, Tridot Productions leases server-space to host
it's World Wide Website from our company and is not an owner, employee or
business associate of Banzai-net.com.

It is obvious from your webpage that ufomind.com and Mr. Lazar have some
differences, and while you may wish to use your individual websites to pursue
these differences, I will not tolerate any slanderous or libelous statements,
remarks or innuendo directed at Banzai-net.com that could jeopardize it's
integrity or profitability.

Considering the amount of users that appear to be accessing your website,
and the specific page in question, we feel that some level of damage has
already occurred. Our legal council has recommended that prior to taking
legal action, we request that you remove any reference, including
hypertext-links to the banzai-net.com homesite and the reference
