For 40 years the American public has been deceived by its own government in one of the best kept and most carefully guarded secrets of all time ... the actual tangible proof of the existence of life from other worlds visiting our planet and carrying out operations beyond our control. The big question is -- is this a legitimate deception and should it have been allowed to continue for so long? Are those who sit on such secrets properly empowered by Congress and the people to do so, and by what authority? And how much longer should this deception be allowed to continue? Should a very select self-designated team of men be allowed to set themselves above everybody else in such a way and maintain this unauthorized pinnacle of power? When shall the rest of us then be given access to such knowledge?

There is substantial evidence that a spacecraft from another world, crewed by intelligent human-like beings with technologies obviously far superior to ours, went out of control and made a landing on a desert plateau near Aztec, New Mexico, on 25 May 1948, and that it was immediately recovered by a special military team adequately prepared to conduct such operations in great secrecy.

All information on this phenomenal event has been denied the citizens of this country ever since, the true government in a real democracy. How did the citizens lose control? Will they ever get it back? Who gave the military hierarchy or the hierarchy of special scientists this supreme control. Why aren't we allowed access to information on what is already happening to us and affecting us? What profound changes could have taken place if this knowledge were not restricted to a select very few. Would we be in direct interrelationship with other interstellar space traveling societies by now if we were able to express our own views on such matters. How would we be accepted by them if we were not held at a distance by our own authorities?

This report details the events of those memorable early days following the unscheduled landing, the approach to the landed disc-shaped craft of 100' diameter size, and its inspection, disassembly and removal to a super-secure area for detailed study and analysis, which went on for many years. This clandestine operation was carried out by the highest ranking officers and scientists in this country, but to this day they have not officially released one word of this operation.
