This is about where old airplanes go to die. Located just east of Tucson, Davis Monthan AFB is a plane freak's delight, with literally thousands of aging and mothballed aircraft, either in long term storage, or simply waiting to be recycled into Toyotas and Nissans. This book, consisting primarily of very well captioned color photos, pokes into all the nooks and crannies of the place, with wonderful photos. In spite of this being a softcover book, its quality is quite high, as is usually the case with anything published by Motorbooks.
