This classic 1984 volume was the first credible review of the U.S. government UFO cover-up, focussing on documents obtained through the FOIA act. The authors produced reams of UFO related material which the government originally claimed it did not have. Details on military/UFO encounters including the 1975 Loring AFB incursions. Includes plenty of references for further research. A standard UFO reference, that should be included in any UFO library, expecially considering its low cost. (This is probably the second UFO book you should buy after "Above Top Secret".) Formerly titled "Clear Intent". -- tm/gc

" Blows the lid off one of the nation's best kept secrets."
In 1969, the government terminated the air force's Project Blue Book. But it didn't stop investigating UFOs. Now, from the government's own recently declassifiled files, comes proof of The UFO cover-up.
"The authors have made revealing use of documents....which show that the CIA and NSA protestations of innocence and lack of interest in UFOs are nothing short of prevarication. The implication of these documents (and of those whose existence has been established in court but whose release was forbidden by those courts on grounds that national security might be jeopardized) are indeed far-reaching..." From the Preface by Dr. J. Allen Hynek
Authors Lawrence Fawcett and Barry J. Greenwood reveal in this fascinating, thought-provoking book, based on the government's own research and internal files, what they have learned about:
