Describes the rather remarkable abduction conference held at M.I.T. in 1992. Bryan entered the conference fairly skeptical, and over its course became convinced something extraordinary was going on. Bryan gives a good account of the conference itself, but also adds a lot of behind-the-scenes information, including the "politics" of the various factions of the abduction community. In addition to his coverage of the conference, the book includes a number of supplemental interviews of participants (both researchers and abductees) done after the conference. This is perhaps one of the most important books on the topic of abductions, as it covers the full range of the experience. -- tm
