This is the single most authoritative, comprehensive and definitive UFO research work. It is a real encyclopedia, similar in style and standards to the Encyclopedia Britannica. These two massive volumes, comprising nearly 1200 dense pages, cover every major UFO case and personality from the phantom airship sightings of the 19th Century through the late 1980s. The price may seem high, but this book replaces dozens, if not hundreds, of other UFO books, and it is a better bargain that the $300 cost of the first edition. Casual readers can get an abridged version in the $19.95 UFO Book, which in itself is an impressive volume. The full set is for serious, dedicated researchers who can appreciate the value of the extended references contained herein -- about four times the material in The UFO Book. -- Glenn Campbell

Should We Wait Off??? It seems like this UFO encyclopedia is incredible with a lot of information, but the fact that it is edition #2 makes me wonder if I should just hold off and wait for a possible edition #3 which may come down in price and still cover more information.
