Ufomind Returns Policy

The Ufomind Bookstore offers a money-back returns policy on every book we sell. Unlike certain large booksellers, this offers extends to both new and used books. If a book you ordered in not what you expected, either in its content or condition, you may return it to us within 10 days for a refund of the purchase price (not including postage).

The book must be in the same condition as you received it. (Especially for new books, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the book appears to have been read or extensively handled.)
To return a book, simply mail it back to us (postpaid) along with your invoice number. There is no need to call us for authorization. (Please pack the book carefully so it is not damaged in transit.) Use the PO Box shown at the bottom of this page.
If you paid by credit card, a credit will be processed. If you paid by any other means, we will send you a check -- or you can ask that we credit the amount to your next order.
This guarantee is extended only "within reason". We reserve the right to withdraw it for individuals who abuse the privilege. (We don't want to be treated as a lending library.)
