Drawing on the work of several researchers, this short but fascinating document is the most devasting blow to the credibility of the alleged presidential briefing documents. Randle makes no secret of who he thinks faked them: Bill Moore. While Randle is not alone in this suspicion, no other document more clearly shows Moore's possible opportunity and motivation.
