If you are interested in alien implant claims, this is the book to get. It is written by the only implant proponent who seems even moderately qualified to speak on them. Dr. Leir is a podiatrist, and this is his detailed, technical story of how he removed small foreign object from patients who claim to have been abducted. There is plenty of useful data here, including a lab analysis that concludes that no unusual elements were present in the sample. Sponsored by the Robert Bigelow and the National Institute of Discovery, the book appears to be disciplined and scientific. While many scientists would argue with the "alien implant" hypothesis, the objects themselves are certainly real, and here is all the data you would ever want on how they were removed and analysed. Includes 8 pages of color photos. -- Glenn Campbell
