Yes, I believe the Walton Case to be a hoax and the reasons are outlined in the book. I don't believe in the Ed Walters Gulf Breeze sightings either and the reasons are outlined. But I also find much good to say about the Shag Harbour case investigated by Chris Styles and Don Ledger. I report, for the first time, what Colonel Patrick Saunders, the adjutant at Roswell, had to say. I debunk the Air Force Project Mogul stand. The book is an examination of various UFO cases. I provide the evidence that I find persuasive. Yes, I've spoken to Travis Walton and Mike Rogers. Walton and I were in Berlin last summer. But, if we, in the UFO community, are ever going to achieve any respect, then we must be willing to examine and re-examine the cases that we find interesting. Too often we become locked into our own perspectives and refuse to look at anything that goes against those opinions. Too often we use data that are out of data and refuse to admit mistakes when we make them. The RANDLE REPORT discusses many UFO cases and it's not going to make everyone happy, but it is the truth as I see it. That doesn't make it right or wrong and if I find information that causes me to re-evaluate a position, then I will do so. The Glenn Dennis story, as told in the book, is proof. I believed Glenn Dennis. I told his story. But now I find it wanting because of the investigation that has surrounded it. So rather than reject the book because I don't believe Gerald Anderson or Travis Walton, then read the book. And to understand all of the Anderson story, also read A HISTORY OF UFO CRASHES. And remember one important fact. I was the first to talk to Anderson. I had his whole story, on tape, before anyone else ever talked to him.
