Anyone know which SR-71 was and what was doing there? Also saw the Raptor 02

The SR-71A is 61-7968. It was going to be the third DET 2 aircraft, but will
now probably end up in a museum.
The F-22 (Raptor 02) is equipped with a spin chute. That was the orange
cylinder on the aft end.
