As a world class expert on buffets not only Vegas-types, I agree that the Rio's Seafood buffet is world class especially the pastry shop.(Just like going into a store, choosing everything and not having to pay for it) However, while the Rio World Buffet is interesting, it is just a clever gimmick in which a lot of slieight of hand is used (A little protein and lots of veggies and pasta). Its cute but I have seen better in many other cities. If you are hungry, the lack of presentation will do. However give me the old fashioned buffet with the french style presdentation which you might even photograph. The cruise ships still know how to do those at least once during the cruise.
