Caught Lazar's last interview on "inside drag racing" -- a
whopping five whole minutes...
Same ol' story, nothing new -- except maybe when Don Garlits
asked Bob if he'd ever seen one of the ET's, Lazar paused, then
said an emphatic "NO".
Most humorous part was Lazar's coffee cup. It said "Area 51",
then had a picture of a flying saucer on the next line, under
that it said: "Been there", "Done that"...
In the end, it was not worth watching 25 minutes of speeding cars
and motorcycles, just to catch another 5 minutes of Bobby the UFO
mechanic.

The Reno-Tahoe Airport classified the sighting as a UFO. The
object did not rise higher and higher up into the sky, it stayed
at the same level for a whole hour. As a video from Channel 4 in
Reno will show, the object streaked across the sky and then
resumed its stationary posture, all at the same alititude. It
was not a cluster of mylar balloons.

I hope you can help find a air base I have looking for since the
early 70's. On a flight to LA I saw a air base thar looked to be
in good condition but abandoned. This base looked unique in thar
it sat on top of a mesa. We were about 20 min.from LA in a DC 10
and were comming from the south east. I have spoken to many
people I know in the AIR FORCE but no one seams to know about
this base. The runway runs from edge to edge on thw mesa so if a
plane were to take off long or land short they would be in bad
trouble. I think this base is in So CA or AZ Hope you know its
name and or its location because it has been driving me nuts.
This was not a municipal air port. I did not see any town nearby.
This base had a lot of military style buildings and areas for
loading munitions. It also had a large water tank and barracks.

Those sound like routine illumination flares connected with
exercises on the Nellis Range. We see them a lot in Rachel.
They are probably burning magnesium flares suspended on parachutes.
I have yet to see the actual device or learn exactly how they
are used, but they appear to be nothing classified.

website that was so enjoyable to navigate. Contrary to the
visual wasteland that is the net these days, your site is
usable, readable and incredibly FAST! As for the content,
I find myself torn as I am a skeptic by nature (in fact, I'm
fairly fond of organisations such as CSICOP for instances),
however when it comes to UFOlogy and the UFO topic in general,
there's this little part of my mind that just doesn't want to
turn over into ultra-skeptic mode. Perhaps this is just
wishfull thinking for me, or maybe perhaps there really is
something there. I'd like to congratulate Glenn Campbell
on providing a fairly well balanced resource. Considering
some of the "extreme fringe" stuff that's out there, your
site is fairly tame and I can see that there is some dose
of skepticism parcelled through-out, while not shutting off
avenues of enquiries like so many "hard" skeptical orgs do.
