ACADEMY OF CLINICAL CLOSE ENCOUNTER THERAPISTS (ACCET)
Extraterrestrial Encounters: A Call To Clinical Training
with Richard Boylan, Ph.D., CCHT, Ruth Hover, Ph.D., LCSW, Carol
Fraley, LMFT- (OR) and Barbara Lamb, MFCC
Saturday, November 15
Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club, SAN DIEGO, California
Due to an upsurge in remembered close encounter activity and recent
sightings in major metropolitan areas, this call goes out, inviting therapists
to this day-long clinical training about working with persons reporting
extraterrestrial encounters. The interest of the public is unprecedented, and
therapists will be "in the trenches", as the need for counseling services and
understanding of these events is on the increase.
ACCET is a Federal and California tax-exempt educational and research
professional organization dedicated to increasing understanding about
extraterrestrial and human contact.
The Workshop Program
The clinical program will include an overview of the UFO and
extraterrestrial contact phenomena, clinical implications of the personal ET
encounter experience, differential diagnosis of ET encounter reaction from
alternative presentations, memory issues and considerations concerning use of
hypnosis for anamnesis, clinical intervention techniques, and public education.
The Program will also provide clinical demonstration and case consultations.
