From: [withheld]@hotmail.com To: campbell@ufomind.com Subject: Air Base Date: Sun, 25 Jan 1998 21:04:07 PST When I had a telephone tech support job (in 1990) I once talked to a guy who went to school with Mac Brazel's daughter, and he claimed that he had (previously) worked for IBM for 12 years, 10 years as a technician. He said that a lot of this time was spent at a secret CIA air base in Arizonia called Evergreen Air Base. In ten years, he made some friends there, and he insisted that they insisted that they had 5 alien ships, each from a different civilization. Thsy claimed to only be able to open the doors, not fly them. The Russians were supposed to have atleast four different ships. Have you ever heard of Evergreen Air Base? - Loyd ==================================================================== Date: Mon, 26 Jan 1998 19:52:40 -0800 To: [withheld]@hotmail.com From: campbell@ufomind.com (Glenn Campbell, Las Vegas) Subject: Re: Air Base Loyd -- There has been a CIA operation at Marana Airport, just north of Tucson. The name "Evergreen" does ring a bell in connection with this base, but I am not certain. I have visited this airport (from the outside). It is a commercial freight and maintenance airport whose main activities certainly have nothing to do with the CIA. For example, A lot of mothballed commercial jets are stored there. I think the National Guard has some sort of presence there, but that is common at airports. The airport is not open to the public, but security doesn't seem terribly tight either. It isn't a "secret base" by any means, but secret flights could have been staged from there. Supposely, Marana was (or is) a supply base for CIA operations in Latin America, but I have no solid confirmation. That part of the story seems true. I haven't a clue about the rest. I searched for "Evergreen CIA" and found these interesting links, mostly concerning Evergreen Airlines... http://www.dcia.com/c-130s.html http://www.io.com/~hambone/web/novel.html http://www.worldmedia.com/caq/backiss.html Glenn [See new pages below for Evergreen and Marana.] +--------------------------------------------------------------- | UFOMIND MAILING LIST - Supporting the Ufomind/PsiSpy Website | http://www.ufomind.com/misc/ - Glenn Campbell, Moderator | Submissions to: ufomind@lists.best.com | "unsubscribe" (in body) to: ufomind-request@lists.best.com | | RELEVANCE OF THIS MESSAGE: Secret bases | | Index: Evergreen Airlines | Index: Marana Airport +---------------------------------------------------------------
