Personally I take Rich's informants with a giant grain of salt.
Several years ago Rich's informants were spilling tales about the so
called Yellowbook/Redbook/Christ was an ET/10,000 year history of ET
on earth/mass landings to happen in the desert south west on April
24th 1997. Not to mention numerous tales about how the landings
were happening in March of 1997 None of it happened. I should point
out that Rich disavowed/disowned the tale as disinformation right
around or just after April 24th 1997.
Then you have more of Rich's informants claiming during the 1996
election that an ET reality announcement was going to happen before
the election. Never Happened.
Some of Rich's informants were claiming that the August 9 1996
announcement of finding so called life on the Mars rock was the big
precursor announcement to the ET reality announcement. Never
happened.
For an entertainment factor these disclosures from Rich's informants
are interesting reading.

Dennis Lapcewich is in error with his dates for nuclear tests at
Woomera which actually ceased in 1963.The first series ceased in 1957.
(Symonds J.L.,1985 "A History of British Atomic Tests in Australia"
Australian Government Publishing Service, Canberra.) Also, his area
for the Woomera Prohibited Area strictly defined, does not take
account of the contiguous Maralinga, Taranaki and Emu Prohibited Areas
where these tests took place and with which the total Prohibited Area
(usually lumped together as the Woomera Prohibited Area) becomes much
larger.
In view of some of the rumours racing around Adelaide, I would like to
know:
(1)Since it was repeatedly reported that no heavy vehicle or tractor
tracks were found, how does D.L think it was done?
(2)In any event, how did they get whatever equipment was needed up the
steep sides of the plateau when even the Aboriginal leader Raelene
Warren was reported as saying there were only two routes barely
passable to small 4WD's up to the top? There must have been at least
helicopters involved.
(3)Why were no campsites discovered considering the extended period
and large number of individuals that must have been involved?

First old manual, second the sensors have be upgraded to saps sensors
and have been implemented for the whole area and integrated into and
with the an/pvs 14 low light/normal light video system for
coordination. If you are familiar with the saps system the you will
understand the coordination. This was done to reduce manpower
requirements and is a much better sensor\platform to work with. E-mail

I'm told it has appeared vacant for years, but is carefully guarded.
One story told to me by someone who lived in Cordell had a couple of
high school teens climb over the fence to "run around" and within
minutes a jeep with a .50 cal machine gun was all over them. They
were supposedly held for hours and eventually turned over to their
parents. Urban legend? Maybe. There is a base there.
