My sister is a crack addict of 5 years. My problem is that I do not
know if I should put her out of my life. She and her husband are living
at my mother's house, with my 6 year old nephew that my mom is raising.
My sister has no comprehension of what she has done not only to her
life, but to our entire family. My mom cannot turn her away, but
nothing that my mom is doing is making her get better. I think that if
we all were to turn our back on her it'd get to her. I just feel like
my mom is enabling her. I love my sister and I do not want to have to
explain to my nephew why we are at his mother's funeral. I just thought
I would see what someone else would do in my shoes.

I,m trying to get my sister out of a bad situation. She has two mixed
children ages 4 years and 9 months, and lives with an abusive man. The
best job she can get is waiting tables and has to put all her money into
food, bills, clothes for the girls, and cab fare to work every morning
because she has no car and he refuses to take her. She informed me that
she was ready to leave after he threw her on the floor and choked her
until she used her finger nails to get him to release her. I suspect
that he has done this before. I am afraid for her and the children, but

I watched your show today about Stepmothers and Biological mothers. This
gave me some good ideas with the problem I am haveing with a 10yr old
daughter and her father. I am 51yr old now and Jennifer is totally dependent
on me and not her father. She loves him very much and her father and I get
along fairly well. Our main interest is Jennifer. We are both her
biological parents and love her very much. The only problem now is she will
not adapt to any other man but her father in my life. I am haveing a real
hard time working with her on this subject. She refuses to sleep in her own
bedroom, go outside the home with her friends, or letting me have some
outside space with adult conversation. I am home with her everynight and
work everyother weekend on the weekend she is with her father. Jennifer is a
straight A" student, She is a model with Manhatten Model Search. She has a
good life but I need one too. I am not getting any younger and I need a
little of adult companionship. I wish there was a show on this subject. I
dont care to be on the show and air my dirty laundry but I have great respect
for your show and take to heart the subjects that you talk about. Please
give me some ideas. Depressed and lonely.

montel i'm being robbed by the IL, CHILD SUPPORT COURTS i have been
denied dna several times i believe there has been several calculations
to decieve, because of the mothers statement of father unknown on bith
cert i have been unable to provide insurance as ordered -- my
unemployment check had a 42% deduction for support my pension has been
frozen, in april i was locked up for not paying my work rate for support
which the court refuses to adjust, montel i supported this child totally
until 3.5 years then she was abducted by the mother,if the mother had a
job and collected aid why am i being robbed to pay it back? i need your
help on this matter

medicine no matter what it took.. I even wondered if we would get

I have been with my husband for 9 years. My husband doesn't know who
his real father is and doesn't seem to care about it to much since there
is little he can do to find out. I want to know if there is anything
that we can do. I think our son has the right to know where he comes
from if he should ask and I would like to know who my husband is truly a
part of. All his life there have been two men that claim him but he
doesn't look like either one. One of these men are dead now. It is a
real posibility that niether are his father Our son has two last names
after these men and they may not be his name at all.

I watched the show on Goths with my mother today. She thinks people who
dress in goth are trying to get attension because they are insecure. I
think it's the opposite, they (the goths) are fine with who they are
it's the other people who are insecure and affraid of them. Prep kids
are the insecure ones who are always wanting attension and to fit in
with a group that is why they all dress the same exact way. The way
someone dresses seems to be such a big thing now. I beleive a person who
doesn't ware the so called "style" is more secure with who they are than
someone who can't go in public with out Tommy or Old Navy on.
