That's probably not my cup o' tea. Why? No fun. I've been in the software biz for a while. Getting something like this to marketable form is a major undertaking -- one I could only do myself. Then, when it is done, there is nothing proprietary about it. Anyone can copy the basic ideas. I concentrate instead on using my software skills to produce a superior site, which can continue to expand. To me, the "mission" is everything, and the software is just something written to serve it. What works for paranormal fields might not be appropriate for health care, where the basic assumptions are not being challenged. Even for something as generic as the link system, I am throwing in a lot of things that are specific to the topics I am dealing with. As it stands, I am just having fun. If I had to produce this for clients, I would lose my freedom to modify the software at will. I don't care about money, as long as I have just enough, but I do care about how I use my time, since my time on earth is (always) limited. I don't want to be pulled down any side roads.
