New feature on all People pages...
Documents written by each person are automatically listed in the new
"Cross Reference" section at the bottom of their page, no matter
where on the server these documents are linked.
Example: See bottom of http://www.ufomind.com/ufo/people/a/aldrich/
All pages which contain documents by Jan Aldrich are automatically
listed in the last link section.
To make this feature work, you must insert the person's file code
("aldrich") in the author's file code field in the add-link/change-link
screen. (If you just enter "Jan Aldrich" in the full name field,
this feature will not work. For convenience in the add-link/change-link
screen, if you enter the author code, the full name will be filled in
automatically.)
This section does not list the names of the documents authored by the
person, only the names of the pages these documents are linked to.
Internally, this is the easiest way to do it right now.
The Cross Reference lists are refreshed nightly.
