On this website, we do not try to
distinguish between "true" and "false" beliefs; we only try to record
and categorize them and give nature an opportunity to take its course.
Ufomind promotes neither belief nor disbelief: This website is simply
a forum where beliefs can be expressed and the facts investigated.
We do not try to record "unprovable" beliefs or those that are purely
spiritual. For example, most established religions, although indeed
"paranormal," are inherently unprovable and difficult to categorize,
so Ufomind is not a useful forum for theological debate.
However, if members of any religion make a specific, modern paranormal
claim -- like faith healing, exorcism or coming Armageddon -- then that aspect of
the faith does belong on Ufomind. We also have a special interest in
recently founded religious movements such as Mormonism and Scientology where the original
miraculous events are still open to investigation.
