DESERT DOINGS

A Washington informant reports that Bob Bigelow, the shadowy
casinos owner who bankrolls UFO inquiries that suit his
preconceived agenda, has set up an "Institute" in Las Vegas. The
"Institute" is reportedly a front for an effort to rondezvous with
extraterrestrials. Bigelow's "Institute" includes Colonel John
("Non-Lethal") Alexander, the Aviary crowd, the PSI-Tech crowd,
and some remote viewers from the defense Intelligence Agency.
Their motive is to gain the power and influence which they presume
will derive from being the first to have official preplanned
contact with the ETs. They plan on intercepting an ET Landing in
1997, which they expect will build upon information and contacts
obtained during the ET Landing at Holloman Air Force Base,
Alamogordo, NM in 1964. The Landing site this time they feel will
be somewhere in the Southwest.

Advisory: This group is armed, and should be considered extremely
dangerous.
