Dear Graham,

        As you may recall, we have met at the International UFO Congress, where
we both presented.
        I write you today to express my extreme displeasure with the piece on
the book, "The Catchers of Heaven", which piece written by Stanton Friedman in
your current issue of UFO Magazine, in which Friedman attacks Dr. Michael Wolf.
As you may be aware, Dr. Wolf has courageously acknowledged his role as a
National Security Council consultant on the NSC's MJ-12 Subcommittee's
scientific study group. Dr. Wolf has been quite forthcoming about his
experiences inside the MJ-12 organization, and acknowledges involvement in
projects which in hindsight he regrets, as well as projects he feels advanced
human and world well-being. Dr. Wolf has established his genuine identity and
National Security role to the satisfaction of several UFO researchers including
myself.
        For Stanton Friedman to take his debunkery to Dr. Wolf is unwarranted.
If Friedman is writing from an uninformed perspective, he should get the facts
before flinging his wild and untrue critiques. If Friedman is informed about
the truth of Dr. Wolf's status as NSC consultant on MJ-12's S.S.G., then one
wonders whose agenda Friedman is serving by trying to tarnish an actual voice
from inside the Government who is trying to let genuine UFO facts out to the
public. If Friedman is operating from petty jealousy, then it is time for him
to recognize that the time has past to keep bringing up a 50-year-old UFO
crash, when current low-altitude UFO overflights of UK and American cities
occur at least monthly, and thousands of citizens are attesting to face-to-face
communication with extraterrestrials. One of those attesting is Michael
Wolf-K., M.D., Ph.D., Sc.D., J.D.
        I formally request that you publish a retraction of Friedman's slander,
and allow the FACTS about Dr. Michael Wolf-K. to be presented in your UFO
magazine at once.  "The Catchers of Heaven" is a lyrical and fact-filled expose
of the formerly-covert role and lifework of an ultimate UFO insider. It
deserves the
thoughtful attention of your readership, not the tired, bitchy savagery of Mr.
Friedman.
