Report on the Redding War Ranch at Mt. Archuleta, New Mexico -
 > Colorado Border
 >
 > Redding War Ranch, located at 37? 2.91' north latitude and 107?
 > 1.44' west longitude (GPS) next to Mt. Archuleta (straddling New
 > Mexico - Colorado border), is rumored to be an undercover
 > facility engaged in secret activity connected with Mt. Archuleta.

 > 1) Mr. Redding stated that the watch towers are actually hunting
 > stands with the brand name "The Ultimate Hunting Stand." The
 > hunting stands on the ranch are weather proof-heavy gauge steel
 > construction (5 feet diameter, 850 pounds est. total weight)

NIDS's disinformation machine is operating in overtime.
"Retired" Army Intelligence Colonel John Alexander is putative head of
billionaire Bob Bigelow's NIDS Institute. The Colonel would have every
motivation to deny the sensitive installation underground in the
Dulce-Archuleta Mesa area. However, a more forthcoming member of the National
Security establishment, Dr. Michael Wolf, has confirmed to me that there is a
secret science installation under Dulce/Archuleta, because Dr. Wolf has worked
there.
I've been to the Redding R (not War) Ranch. The towers are most
definitely not "hunting blinds". They are situated between the main
"ranchhouse" and the entranceway fence, essentially in the modest-sized front
yard. It would be ludicrous to imagine herds of elk/deer trying to leap over
fences to congregate in the fenced front yard of a ranch to be shot at, when
they have thousands of square miles of uncongested grazing lands to choose
among.
Once again, INSCOM's meagre talents display themselves.

                                                Richard Boylan, Ph.D.
