        Your points are extremely well taken. The "vast right-wing conspiracy"
the White House spoke of is certainly large enough to encompass elements of
the renegade UFO Cover-Up compartments.                                        <
        Mr. Clinton is manifesting the symptoms and unfortunate consequences
of untreated Sexual Addiction syndrome. As President he may have felt that he
could not confide in a psychiatrist or psychologist, not feeling he could
divulge his burdens, which include ULTRA-classified matters, including ET
contacts within government. Recent events may certainly cause him to
reevaluate his need to get his sexual addiction matters under assured control. <
         I refer to the ugly and unfortunate episode of his dalliance with Ms.
Lewinski, not out of smugness, but only out of necessity. As to an appropriate
attitude to take towards the President, I refer anyone to Jeshua Ben-Josef
of Nazareth, who two millenia ago, when confronted by the anointed moral
guardians of his day with a prostitute caught partaking in adultery. The moral
guardians, the eponymous Pharisees, queried the Nazarene as to whether the
woman should be stoned to death, as they interpreted the Torah laws to
require. In reply the Nazarene said, "Let him among you who is without sin
cast the first stone."                                                         <
        Compassion is what Gatauma Buddha would counsel. The Christ suggests
moral humility on the part of accusers. The response of each person defines
themself more than it does Mr. Clinton.                                        <
