DIALOGUE BETWEEN MICHAEL SPITZER AND DR. RICHARD BOYLAN, 9/1/98
Michael Spitzer wrote:
> oh, did you see that latest NYT (it may have been wash post) article on
father balducci and how he officially speaks for the vatican as far as policy
regarding intelligent life in the universe? they made him out to be a formal
rep of the vatican SINCE 1964, and ALL of the stuff you told us that got you
pounced on for back several months ago were confirmed, ie that et's DEFINITELY
exist (altho, POSSIBLY not here on earth [YET]), and that the certainty ([as
far as the vatican is concerned] of intelligent life in the universe IN NO WAY
conflicts with Catholisism, etc etc...ie, they are obviously in the know about
something and are getting us ready for it, OR THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR THE
VATICAN TO TAKE _ANY_ STANCE ON THE ISSUE, or so it would seem. well, as i
believe you've been saying for a long while now (and i have always agreed
with), it should be any time
Dr. Boylan replies:
It is the curse of the person who first brings the news to be reviled for
upsetting the existing paradigm, or smug complacency, or "comfortable"
world-view. I have been fortunate enough to acquire early information on a
number of breakthrough events, have brought them forward, and gotten roundly
ridiculed, called the lowest and vilest names, and been denigrated severely.
Yet, in time, these announced events get corroborated from other sources, and
even from official government's academic and retired officials "assets", and
then it "becomes OK" to accept the things I've been saying.
My sources for the Monsignor Balducci announcement were unimpeachable.
I am glad that subsequent developments have vindicated these sources as
truthful.
Michael Spitzer continues:
> now, don't you think, ie we have been prepped now for quite some time, ie
the masses of the world couldn't be much more ready for some revelation
regarding et's, etc., than we re now, no? it seems the US was the last group
of earths ppl to get on board but i dont think many would argue that we have
been adequately prepared for the bomb shell now.
Dr. Boylan replies:
If you are saying, do I think the U.S. public is ready for the
Announcement, yes, I do. There remains a small and, to Intelligence think-tank
strategists, worrisome minority of fundamentalists and cryptozoological-racists
who may never accept "them Alien varmints" as not only our brothers and sisters
in the universe, but superior in evolutionary, mental and spiritual
development, (yet fellow intelligent persons). These fundamentalists insist on
seeing things through the viewpoint only of late-20-century American
hyperindividualistic, crypto-materialistic, hegemonic culture. ANY visitor
group threatens that narrow, elitist smug viewpoint.
It has been my advice to the few "back channels" of Washington advisers
I have access to that the strategy of waiting for the remaining fundamentalists
is going to have to be written off for this reason: the cost/benefit ratio of
public announcement of ET contacts versus waiting for the fundamentalists to
drop their narrow rigid worldview is heavily tilted in favor of announcement.
We are very soon going to need ET open help through the upcoming massive Earth
changes, geophysical, economic, geopolitical, meterological, social unrest,
mass starvations, etc. It would be too much for the vast majority of the
Earth's population, who accept that we are experiencing contact by
civilizations from other star systems, to have to deal with the potential
availability of ET help on a piecemeal, one-by-one basis, instead of through
the organized ways available when government and the media openly acknowledge
contact and communicate ET offers of assistance.
Michael Spitzer adds:
> anyway, you got it to us first, ie the vatican stuff...before whitley or ANY
BODY in this country, by a long shot! a lot of ppl owe you a HUGE apology,
but, as you know, i wouldn't hold my breath for one by most of the ppl that
attacked you so vigorously if i were you;)
Dr. Boylan responds:
A small person would say "I told you so." I am not a small person.
Neither am I waiting around for retractions of the false, libelous and
defamatory things said about me. My commitment to the truth and honor will be
manifest over time to those who have unprejudiced minds. The rest will have to
be left to live out their dharmic struggle.
Michael Spitzer continues:
Keep up the good work, my friend...i'd say, "dont let ppl get you down," but as
i have told you before, this is one of the reasons i respect you so much, ie
YOU DONT LET ANYBODY discourage you...no way! you're an inspiration.
Dr. Boylan replies:
Thank you kindly for your welcome words of encouragement. It does get
wearisome being pelted with rotten fruit all the time by the "nattering nabobs
of negativity".
Michael Spitzer asks:
also, did you catch my comments on the fluorescence thread, ie where i told a
little of chris o'brien's theories/findings (his phrase, "UFOLOSOPHY" and how
he differentiates it from ufology,
Dr. Boylan responds:
"UFOLOGY" is dead, the creature and victim of that reported
counterintelligence operation known as national-headquarters MUFON, which has
always cunningly encouraged rank amateur hobbyists to anoint themselves as
"investigators", and to mis-focus on lights-in-the-sky reports. When ET-human
encounters then came out of the closet in record numbers, these
totally-unqualified amateurs charged into this phenomenon without the requisite
education, training and expertise in psychology and clinical interviewing to
deal with interviewing, evaluating and counseling experiencers and
pseudo-abductees competently and professionally. Thus they contaminated the
data, misinterpreted and misreported what was going on, and helped create urban
legends about "alien abduction". In this tragi-comic debacle, they were aided
and abetted by C-I operatives/assets of the renegade UFO Cover-Up
organization, posing as "respected UFOlogists", lecturing and writing articles
about the "tragedy of alien abduction", in order to augment the erroneous
impression that "the majority conclude that evil aliens are attacking us."
As for luminescence, I would refer you, if I could, to the classified work,
some leaked out, on bioluminescence, derived from ET science by
government-scientist secret research. Dr. Michael Wolf of NSC's MJ-12
Subcommittee's scientific panel has engaged in such research. It involves
gene-splicing bioluminescence genes to new organisms, to create plants/animals which glow in the dark.
