Dispatches from Richard Boylan
From: "Richard J. Boylan, Ph.D."Subject: ACC Wins over debunkers Date: Sun, 23 May 1999 21:20:55 -0700 Interactive News Service! ACC wins lawsuit, awarded $428,000 in damages. Posted By: Wishes to remain anonymous. <info@newyork.com> Date: Saturday, 22 May 1999, at 2:12 a.m. In the News today, in New Jersey, was an interesting story I thought someone at ACC might be able to help me with. Apparently in what was called a 'landmark case' before the Superior Court in New Jersey this week, the Court decided in favor of American Computer Company. The judgment awarded American Computer Company over $400,000 in civil damages. The defendant, who lost, was a man from Norman, Oklahoma by the name of Lan Lamphere. The story didn't go too much into detail. There was mention of others who may have conspired with Lamphere, that they were being followed up by possible additional Court actions by ACC. Interesting. Does that name ring a bell to anyone here? additional details from source site: http://byamerican.com/cgi-bin/ast/config.cgi?read=15029
