There are ex-intelligence officers who have read Cooper's military files and have discovered, that this guy was a Quartermaster and NOT an intelligence officer, as he claims to have been during his sting in the Navy. The words of these officers are contained in files, which can be found at certain sites in the I-net. Bill Cooper claims he was working with highly classified documents while in the Navy??? No way in this world; the American military would allow-no matter what branch of the service it is- an individual with a rank less than a major to handle such documents. He also claims that on his DD-214 (it's written):) , he had been investigated by the FBI, and therefore he was given access to classified information??? Everybody who goes into service in the United States of America is given a background investigation. Is Mandatory! However, the results of these investigations, and or which federal agency carried it out, does not appear on your DD-214. Let's suppoused he did managed to somehow take a peek at certain documents, which he was not suppoused to look at in the first place?, much less make copies and make them public? He would have been arrested and prosecuted as a spy and a traitor!
