Lee Elders is very well known in the United States as the founding member of Genesis III. In the late 70s and early 80s he visited the Semjase-Silver-Star- Center and gave the impression he was Billy Meier's great and loyal friend. Convincingly he reassured everyone at the time that he wanted to represent, on their behalf, Billy's and F.I.G.U.'s affairs in the United States with Billy's best interest at heart. Elders offered Billy a contract whereby he secured for himself the exclusive American rights but with the firm oral pledge that all contracts between him and Billy would automatically terminate and be dissolved in 1987. Furthermore, he pledged that he would always do his best to loyally guard F.I.G.U.'s interests and pay Billy a certain percentage from all Meier material sold. This contract was conditionally agreed upon whereby all oral and written terms in the contract had to be followed to the letter by both parties. For their part, Billy and F.I.G.U. adhered to the contract and supported Elders and Genesis III. in all ways required and suggested by Elders. However, Billy and F.I.G.U. eventually discovered that the contract, which had been written in English, contained conniving, underhanded clauses Billy had never agree to in any way.
On the other hand, Lee Elders' conduct was the exact opposite. Soon after signing the contract, Billy and F.I.G.U. realized just what Genesis III. meant by correctness and adherence to a contract. The roprietors of Genesis III. at the time were Lee and Brit Elders, Billy, Wendelle Stevens and Thomas Welch (Wendelle Stevens and possibly Tom Welch relinquished their part in the contract at a later date). Virtually right from the onset of the agreement, Lee Elders lied to Billy and cheated both him and F.I.G.U. in every conceivable way. Elders misappropriated material and funds, initiated large business transactions in Billy's and F.I.G.U.'s name, and greedily absconded with sizeable amounts of the profit without ever giving Billy his fair, contractually-guaranteed share of the funds, even though the Swiss group demanded and insisted on receiving the commission payments on numerous occasions. Indeed, instead of abiding by the contract correctly and honestly, Lee Elders denied ever making any profit, lamenting that he had sacrificed large portions of his own money to the cause, which verifiably was not the case. It has been established that he has led a comfortable life and afforded several expensive trips to Europe through the book sales of Contact From The Pleiades ... (Volumes 1 and 2).
What broke the camel's back as far as Billy Meier is concerned, was the fact that Lee Elders (whose contract with Billy had previously been annulled and declared void by Billy on October 6, 1987), had the audacity to illegally sell the world rights to Billy's material - based upon the invalid and long-nullified contract! - to third persons and/or firms who were completely unknown to Billy Meier and F.I.G.U. Elders' purpose was not only to secure additional, undoubtedly significant profit from the material, but to attempt to clearly free himself through this ploy from any accusation of having committed fraud.
Lee Elders has not only proven himself to be an unfaithful, untrustworthy friend, who knowingly and deliberately misled Billy and F.I.G.U. by tricking them with false pretenses, but has shown himself also to be a thief and despicable liar. Unfortunately, he is also an outright cheat who makes no attempt whatever to shrink from any evil or filthy maneuvers that boost his financial profit. There is an increasing number of illegal and lucrative business deals and profits now being made with Billy's material throughout the world - completely without Billy's permission.
