Messages For Montel
Although we have no connection with the show, the Ufomind website
receives hundreds of email messages intended for talk show host Montel
Williams, who we have an "unofficial" link page for at
http://www.ufomind.com/people/m/montel/. Apparently, many of Montel's
viewers believe that we are the official Montel site, in spite of the
prominent disclaimer at the top of our page.
I have spent the evening assembling the most interesting of these
messages into a single document. Many of them are funny, but most are
merely sad. People call on Montel to solve all manner of desperate
personal problems, from sexual abuse to finding missing pets. By far
the most common request is for assistance in finding lost family
members. TV watchers write to Montel as though he cared about each
individual viewer and could personally intercede on their behalf. If
these messages are a window in the world of the average American, then
America must be a world of pain.
In the messages I have collected, I have removed the email address,
last name and any other identifying information, but otherwise I have
left each message intact. All of these messages were either posted as
comments to our Montel page or were sent to the Ufomind webmaster
addressed to Montel. This compendium is a sequel to my previous

Who do you think you are? Who died and put you in charge? The way you
sit in judgement of your guests is very annoying and makes me so
angry. Your "holier than thou" attitude, is getting to be more than I
can bear. Have you ever heard the phrase "people in glass houses

way you berate them and talk down to them. The show that you recently

September 12 I married my soulmate. I was 36,divorced,and a single mom

dear montel we watch your show every day and i know that if any body can
help you can . i live in oklahoma i went to michagan and stayed with my
daughter and helped her with her kids she is a good mother , i stayed
there 2 months and as long as i was there her ex husband . at least
acted all right . here is the problem before we went out there he has
tryed to put her in jail they have two kids together and three from her
first husband , all she is trying to do is keep her kids together. he
has some how got charges aginst her that were drop he is trying to

lawyer so much money who would not do any thing. and the judge on the
case has not did any thing to help he told my daughter that since his
family had money that she would not get her two babies back , and it
seems like every way she turns there is no help. some how he had put her
back in jail on charges that were droped. she is there as i am typing.
this . i have 5 good grand childern . but the way this is going for
them they are all going to end up in foster care. i am going to take
what little money i have and try to get back out there two her . the
reason i could not stay is i have a son who has seizures and the girl
that was helping me with him left so i had to get home to take care of
him.when they arrested her they put her to the ground and broke her
glasses and put her into a asthma attack and the person who was in her
car told them she needed her enhaler but they would not give it to her
they had to take her to the hospital and then to jail . the cops are
mean to every body . please i have never aske for help in my life i have
always taken care of my kids and never let any one hurt them montel

Hello. My name is Holly Lxxxx. I know that Montel has already done a
show on reuniting old high school sweethearts. Well I have a friend
(my ex-employer - his name is Stephen Mxxxx) who is still in love
with his old high school sweet heart. I know this sounds normal and
maybe not t.v. worthy but I think if you listened and found out what
happened to them in high school and how they were torn apart by the
young girl's mother - you would find this to be very interesting. To
make a long story short Stephen Mxxxx is probably nearing his
forties. He has been married once but now is divorced. *His ex-wife is
now ill. His high school sweet heart is now out somewhere in
California. Her name is Janice Rxxxxxx. She is single and has a
daughter. At one time or another she was passing through Dallas with
an overlay at the DFW/airport she called Mr. Mathis to meet for lunch
at the airport. The airport was the last place they saw each. Her
mother was bitterly against there relationship so she sent her off
(during her second year in highschool) to another school far away.
Then after lunch she got on her plane back to California. Maybe once a
year he hears from her. They still express the same love for one
another - but they feel that so much time has passed. Mr. Mathis is
losing a siter to brain cancer and he feels that he needs to stay and
help his family members (sisters abd brothers, mom and dad). I am not
against that but I believe he is losing a chance again to true love.

I have been battling Polycystic Ovarian Disease for over four years
now and have also had battles with insurance not wanting to help. I
recently heard that the US Supreme Court declared infertility as a

The virus Hepatitis C is out numbering HIV in many states. HCV is not
a virus caused solely by over drinking or drugging. Almost 30 years
ago I received my first blood transfussion and have had others for
various reasons since. In 1994 a liver biopsy confirmed I had HCV and
liver damage. I would appreciate it if you would do a show regarding
this virus referred to by many as the silient killer. You always

Hello my name is Clifton Mxxxx and I am looking to maybe get this
letter into the hands of Montel Williams. I am continuously impressed
by his ability to help those in need and to support everyone with
problems on his show. I have a certain delima regarding my
Sister-in-Law, she has a Drug addiction and has seeked help. And in
the process of seeking help, going to places that offer de-toxic to
cure her illness of an addiction, she has been rejected for every
reason that the organization could come up with, i.e. you aren't from
this county, you have a home and someone to take care of you. My
wife's family cannot afford to place her in treatment. She is only 18
years old, and no one wants to see this beautiful girl waste her life
away, we are so confused when you see the commercials, and
advertisments regarding help, when one comes for that help no one will
offer the assistance that they so advertise. This is destroying a
beautiful family, and all it is that I am looking for is some form of
explination on why won't someone help this young girl out when she is
asking for it, we do not want to see her end up another statistic to a
drug addiction.
I have been amazed in the attitude that Mr. Williams has given to
those with the same problems as mine. My wife is having a hard time
dealing with this situation, we live in Dahlgren, Va and her family is
in Orange Park, Fl. I am in the United States Navy so my hands are
tied and we are looking for someone to offer some form of assitance or
at least some type of explanation as to why we feel that they are
cheating this beautiful girl out of the rest of her life and could be
responsible for tearing her family apart. I have 2 beautiful children
that if something like this were to happen to them I would expect some
form of explanation and we feel that the excuses that have been
recieved by the family are unexceptable.

Brian, who represented himself from the Montel Show, called me last
Friday 2/19 and asked that I have my matierial ready to send to him by
the end of the day. So it could be sent to him. He scheduled to have
airborne express pick up my portforlio. Which they did by 3:30 that
very same afternoon. I am still unclear as to what the this
information was intended to be helpful, or what the Montel show is
intending to do with this information.
I really just want to be sure that the information was received, and
that in fact, it was being directed to the Montel show..... When I
contacted Brian from the Montel show, to ask if the original pictures
would be returned, he responded with a message on my answering
machine, that infact the original pictures would be returned. He also
asked me for my age. I found the age question a little disturbing,
however, I am a very young 38 year old woman, and appear younger than
most of my school mates.
I am not sure if this web page is associated with the Montel Williams
show, so if not please disregard this wordy letter. However, if it
is, my family would be ever so grateful to know that the Montel Show
is interested in our story, and that the show is considering airing
the story, which could ultimately help my family and all the other
victims, and their families.
