COL Halt in Bad Company
Certainly COL Charles Halt does not belong in this rogues'
gallery of puffed egos and outrageous claims. After
attending the Fund for UFO Research conference on 25 Aug 1997
where he spoke, it is obvious he makes no claims of inside
knowledge of government activities. He was a UFO witness
with other military. He recorded what he saw nothing more.
Neither he nor the other witnesses, to his knowledge, filed
any official government reports.
