Documents and Files about Phil Schneider From various sources I have obtained quite a few documents (>500) that contradict the comment of Mr. Wright and will surely set one to think about what happened with Phil. As soon as time comes available to me, I will scan the info and add it all to our site. Philip Schneider was a good story teller. Philip did not 1.)work for the Govt. 2.)have cancer/missing ribs 3.)college degree. His father was a U.S. born citizen, not a german u-boat captain. Philip was on SSI since 1968, because he was a self mutilator, having cut his two fingers off with a hacksaw at age 15. Was Phil Schnieder really murdered? I've heard Schnieder was killed in either Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington. I called both police depts. and county morgues and they knew of no one by that name being killed in such singular fashion as told.
