Here is my arrest and convictions over the last 35 years

 

Arrest: No conviction. 10-17-1997: Kalispell, Montana

For:

Beating the fuck out of 4 assholes who were screwing with my hat and while I was having desert in the Finnegan's family restaurant in Kalispell, Montana.

(I had lost my wife of 10 years to epilepsy. Not dead, but suffered from Dementia and left me. We had no children. She had left in June of 1997 and I never heard from her again. She was alot of fun, but I did not know how to take care of her epilepsy very well. So, I was not in the best mood when the fuckers started fooling with me in the restaurant)

 

Arrest: Conviction: 5-28-1998: Ronan, Montana

For:

Driving with an expired license

Driving with not a current insurance card

Having an illegal 12 gauge sawed off Remington pump shotgun (only a 12" barrel--legal limit nationally is 18") Using this weapon on horseback for late spring rattle snakes here on the Reservation. And too, for assholes if need be.
