Regarding "Marree Man" - Latest First

it seems like some aborigines of one tribal group were misled by an anthropoleogists mistake into not recognising another tribal appearance and knee-jerked into opposing it even tho it seems to basically salute them and their way of life. -- petermurphy 6/29/99 (#5)

Comment on #14 The list of skills and achievements of the perpetrators at the end of #14 should also include excellent bush skills in such a remote and arid area, and also excellent media and publicity skills if it was really done by non-aborigines. It's extremely difficult to see what kind of large group could have brought all these skills together and then kept everyone completely quiet all this time. -- Ryan 6/1/99 (#4)

the answer my friend, "is glowing in the bin." South Australia mines and so it should receive. Acording to some governments we would make a wonderfull repository for their waste and hey ,we could place this waste inside the Marree man and create a glow in the dark tourist attraction for the soon to be affordable space flights. -- norm westle 3/23/99 (#3)

The radiation story is certainly doing the rounds, but doesn't seem likely. More interesting is how did they get the heavy equipment onto the plateau and why are there no heavy vehicle tracks? Helicopters is the popular bet. -- H. Nguyen 9/30/98 (#2)
