Regarding "Tiahuanaco" - Latest First

shifting poles Pacific coast of So.Amer. continent rose up 12,000 ft. when poles shifted from Southern Greenland to present location about 12,000 years ago. Resulting earthquakes and tectonic activity halted Tihuanaco construction. Tiahuanaco There is strong evidence that Tiahunaco and most certianly PumaPunku was built at a much lower elevation that provided a manageable climate that promoted a stable eviroment of a large population. This however does not fit into the dates given. However how could this city have to such deplorable condition in less than 200 yrs before discovered by the Spanish Vandals.
