UFO Sightings At "CHINA LAKE"US NAVY Base My Father Was The !st Chief Petty Officer in The USN to load A-bombs.He Was Stationed at "CHINA LAKE"US NAVAL WEAPONS FACILITY in 1947.He Reported to Me prior to his Death. That He and Others Including offficers saw ufo's that were stationary, hoovering near the base water tower.He told Me This when he had cancer and knew he was dying and The Government Couldn't hurt him, or take his benefits from him. -- A.L.PASSMORE 10/5/98 (#2)

China Lake NAWS After living in China Lake for 11 years, I've seen many strange things out here. The fact is, it's a large (last time I heard 1.1 million acres) facility that is almost totally hidden in valleys. It's located quite close to Edward A.F.B and is often used to test things like the Super Hornet and as a stop-over for black projects being tested at Edwards. Strange things can be seen almost nightly here, yet noone ever suspects. Has anyone ever considered this to be a prime spot for questionable activity? It's atleast as large as the Groom Lake facility, but with less publicity. Maybe someone should check it out. -- Kenny Melton (kmelton@iwvisp.com ) 6/19/98 (#1)
