Regarding "Missing A-10" - Latest First

A-10 not supersonic Interesting note and probably true what Luke AFB said. The A-10 is low-level attack aircraft with speeds in the sub-sonic range. Maybe the SR-71 was looking for the A-10. -- Miker 6/11/98 (#2)

Sonic boom heard over Phoenix Arizona! On 4-22-97 around 6:30 PM a sonic boom was heard. Luke Air Force Base Commented as saying it was a SR-71 that caused it. -- HITESH 4/23/97 (#1)
