Below is Michael Hesemann's profile from the Official Program for the 1994 International UFO Congress & Film Festival held in Mesquite, Nevada, Nov. 27 through Dec. 3, 1994.

Michael Hesemann is a cultural anthropologist, author and journalist. He has been called Germany's most prolific UFO expert. Since 1984, he has been editor of Europe's leading bi-monthly metaphysical publication Magazine 2000, which has a circulation of over 133,000. He is the author of six books, and has produced award winnning video and TV documentaries. Michael has organized five international UFO conferences, and also lectures on the subject worldwide. He currently cooperates with leading UFO experts in the US, Great Britain and the former Soviet Union in the investigation of contact and abduction and UFO crashes and retrieval cases, crop circles, and the history of alien contact and its implications on human evolution. This year, Michael will report on the European contactee situation, with all their latest findings contrasted against the more typical North American contactee reports.
