  ¶If it does go to trial my contact said that there are only two was to go: 1: If its real, you can not claim copyright on military film (see below). At present there is no record evidence that this footage is not military, hence, you can’t claim copyright. Harder wins. 2: If they come clean and state its a hoax, they keep the lawsuit open. Why would they do that? Of what value is it to keep it open as a known hoax. Harder wins.

Alien autopsy films Just a short comment regarding the so-called alien autopsy films..I noticed the telephone on the wall in the operating room...and if I'm not mistaken, that type of set was not available til the sixties sometime, and certainly not in the fourties.. -- Oliver Richard (sandor@escape.ca ) 11/30/97 (#4)

chemical analises of Santilli Film I have analized one photogram of the Santilli Film by using a FTIR spectroscopy at the Departement of Chemistry of the Pisa University and the film is produced by Aestman Kodak . The name of the polymer employied is Kodapak 4 (Cellulose Acetate with poliphpsforic acid as reticulant agent). i,m not concernrd with credibility just my continued existen i was stationed at wpafb, ohio from 76 to 80,worked in a secured area "b"--i have seen the government do covert operations on the b-1 bomber and exclude the local press from project blue book--this was still going on in 78. shams have been created to cover up autopsies previously done at wright patt. their are correlations to "mir" experiments ...soon "2000" -- enlisted@ wpafb, ohio,area b 5/6/97 (#2)
