Mutilations and Government Radiation Testing
Animal sample recovery is performed by the gov't to study cows and other animals grazing on lands under which the U.S. gov't performed nuke weapon tests. Soft tissue (most readily show the effects of radiation) of random specimens are taken and studied by Uncle Sam to check the rad level of these 'hot areas'. Just think, we could be eating grain or beef that has been fried in a way we could only imagine!

ALIENS OR A PARA-MILITARY OPERATION ?
Mute invetigators should not underestimate the resources of the Government. I would not rule out the possibility of this being a para-military operation in conjunction with the Department of Energy. It Certainly could be an Alien Intelligence, but it is also equally possible that the "Aliens" are the perfect cover story for a truly horrendous environmental problem being evaluated by the U.S. Gov.
