Aurora: The Pentagon's Secret Spyplane -
Makes a case for the existence of the elusive Aurora.
Aviation journalist Bill Sweetman, lays out the evidence
and historical perspective suggesting the existence
of a new hypersonic spyplane. Is there a black triangular aircraft
from Groom Lake zipping through our skies at Mach 6? Although the
evidence is inconclusive, Sweetman makes a very good argument.
This
book also provides an excellent reference to previous supersonic
aircraft, Aurora's "ancestors", as well as up-to-date info on
the field of hypersonics. A must for anyone interested in state
of the art aircraft.
