Subject: Project Starlight & Greer's recent briefing

Based on information and facts before us, I consider the
chances of success for Greer and his team extremely slim,
if not, non-existent. My notion is not to strike a negative
note.

It would not come as a surprise to see his collective
efforts toyed with for a while, and manuvered into divertive
avenues, several of which open as options.
