Can you explain me how the fact of not speaking English
can be considered as preventing being a hoaxer?

On the contrary, writing and speaking German helped
Billy Meier continue his little business ( that's how
he managed to make his income apparently since 20
years ): see the controversy between Korff, Hesemann
and Shell about the subtleties of the german language.
None of us, non-German speaking, can verify who is
right about what and this helps Meier's claims.
